An ancient hermitage church that was founded by soldier-missionaries of the religious order of the Templars. It affords a wonderful broad vista of the Vernedes of Sort. The information panels will tell you the names of some of the plants you find there.
From the very top of the Pic de l’Orri, or Peak of the Orri, you can see one of the most impressive panoramas of mountains and valleys in the whole of the Pyrenees. In winter it can be reached with snowshoes.
An old dovecot tower (a tower with nesting niches for pigeons) that you will come upon if you follow the circular route of the Canerilla. From here you have a bird’s eye view of the town of Rialp and the mountain called the Montsent de Pallars which rears behind it.
